Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming acrylic materials and relevant production materials are checked before use to identify visible defects or issues that may affect subsequent processing and product appearance.

Process Quality Control

Quality checks are carried out during key production stages according to the product structure and process requirements. Printing, machining, assembly and special-process projects are reviewed according to the approved sample and production specifications.

Final Product Inspection

Finished products are inspected before packaging and shipment. Inspection focuses on the requirements applicable to the specific product, including appearance, printing, structure, assembly and overall workmanship.

Sample-to-Production Consistency

Approved samples and confirmed project requirements provide the reference for mass production. Our production and QC teams coordinate when process adjustments or structural issues are identified during manufacturing.

Project-Specific Quality Requirements
