Kaloge operates an in-house manufacturing facility in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China, supporting OEM and ODM production of custom acrylic merchandise for brands, professional importers, merchandise companies and licensed IP projects.

In-House Acrylic Manufacturing

Our production setup combines CNC precision machining, UV printing and supporting acrylic processing equipment. Key production stages are coordinated in-house to help maintain production consistency, quality control and delivery schedules from sampling through mass production.

CNC Precision Machining

CNC precision machining is a core part of our manufacturing capability. It supports accurate shaping, edge processing, slotting and structural machining for custom acrylic products, including projects involving multilayer structures, embedded magnets, NFC components and other customized constructions.

UV Printing & Supporting Equipment

Our in-house capabilities include UV printing together with equipment for laminating, cleaning, film application, polishing, punching and packaging. Production processes are selected according to the material, structure, artwork and finishing requirements of each project.

Support for Special Acrylic Processes

Our manufacturing setup supports standard acrylic merchandise as well as more complex projects involving liquid shaker structures, multilayer designs, mirror acrylic, holographic and glitter effects, hot stamping, embedded magnets and NFC integration.

Production & Quality Coordination

Quality control is integrated throughout production, including incoming material inspection, process inspection and final product inspection. Our team also supports artwork preparation, dielines, structural adjustments and customized packaging to help move projects efficiently from sample approval to mass production.

Equipment and production methods are selected according to each project's size, thickness, quantity, structure and process requirements.
