Kaloge combines in-house printing with multiple finishing and structural processes to support custom acrylic merchandise for brands, anime and game projects, licensed IP merchandise, importers and wholesale buyers.

UV & Double-Sided Printing

Printing processes are selected according to artwork, material, transparency and product structure. We support UV printing and double-sided printing for a range of custom acrylic merchandise.

Shaker & Multilayer Structures

Custom structures can include liquid shaker products, multilayer acrylic assemblies and other designs that require coordinated printing, machining and assembly. Structure and artwork are reviewed before sampling to improve production feasibility.

Special Materials & Visual Effects

Projects can use clear, colored, mirror, holographic, glitter, mica, lenticular and textured acrylic materials according to the required visual effect and product design.

Hot Stamping, Magnets & NFC

Additional processes can include hot stamping, embedded magnets and embedded NFC components. CNC machining can be used to prepare recesses or structural positions for functional components according to the product design.

Integrated Production

Printing and special processes are coordinated with CNC machining, assembly, inspection and packaging. Process combinations are selected according to the artwork, structure, material and intended application of each custom project.
