Production technology

Design: According to customer needs, design cartoon image and quicksand effect, and determine the size and shape of refrigerator stickers.

Cutting and forming: Use laser or mechanical cutting equipment to cut the acrylic sheet into the desired shape and size, and carry out the necessary molding treatment.

Quicksand filling: Fill the inside of the acrylic with quicksand or similar substances, and ensure that the quicksand can flow freely inside.

Magnetic strip installation: Install a magnetic strip on the back of the refrigerator sticker so that it can be firmly adsorbed on the refrigerator or other metal surface.

Packaging: The completed refrigerator magnets are packaged for transportation and sale.
